frequent urination

Sometimes I find when I'm in a fatigue cycle, like I am now, I seem to urinate more frequently.. I've been searching on the net and see that can be an issue (as with incontinence--I get that with sneezing sometimes!)..

Has anyone else experienced this?

Many, many times, Kay!! In the same night if I drink to much liquid before going to bed!

Here's the reason why menopause affects our bladder:

"Estrogen also helps keep the lining of the bladder and the urethra plump and healthy. Lack of estrogen causes the bladder control muscles to become weak."

Thanks for that input... Sneezing just is not helpful on some occasions!! I've found that true if I drink something in the evening-it's been really hot here lately so I've been drinking natural green iced tea with just a touch of sugar. Really refreshing but not a good thing to have a couple hours before you go to bed.
